Design & Book
Once you officially become a KTD client, we’ll arrange a longer design call with you to dive deep into the travel experience you’re after. Then, we’ll craft a preliminary itinerary that ticks your boxes, making any tweaks necessary based on your feedback. Finally, we’ll reserve and arrange all the travel components for your trip!

Depart & Support
Leading up to your trip, we’ll keep in touch with insider travel info, deposit deadlines, and important travel documents so you’re fully prepared for departure. While you travel, enjoy complete peace of mind knowing you have our support if you need it—as well as in-destination contacts for 24/7 assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only plan group travel?
No! We’re group travel specialists, but we also work with couples, individuals, and families to design custom escapes. Often, clients who have traveled on a group trip planned by us will return to have us plan their individual travel experiences—and we’d love to do the same for you!
Do you charge a fee for your design services?
In most cases, yes. Charging a design fee allows us to give the best service to our clients and limit the number of trips we take on at once, so you get our undivided attention. Our design fee varies depending on the complexity and length of your trip, and the number of travelers. We’ll share the associated design fee with you after your complimentary consultation call so there are no surprises!
We generally do not charge a design fee for hotel-only bookings if you have a specific stay in mind. Reach out to us if you’re simply looking to take advantage of our competitive hotel rates and possible perks.
What types of travel experiences can you design?
We craft immersive travel experiences for groups and individuals to locations all over the world. Often, our itineraries will have a culinary- or wine-related element (foodies are welcome here!). Our travel specialties include luxury cruises, luxe hotels, safaris, golf and spa escapes, and more—you can view all our travel specialties RIGHT HERE.
What is Virtuoso?
Virtuoso is an ultra-exclusive network of luxury travel companies, including travel agencies, properties, tour operators, and more. Our host agency, Gifted Travel Network is a member of Virtuoso which means we have access to breathtaking hotels, resorts, and cruise lines that offer our clients some extra special perks and amenities. It’s not uncommon to receive complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, spa credits, free wifi, or special event invitations when we book you into a Virtuoso property (all subject to availability).
